How to use Telemedicine

To use telemedicine from the Healow app:

1. Log in
2. From the main menu of the app, click appointments (it should be red)
3. Click on the appointment time your televisit is scheduled for
4. Click on the orange “Start TeleVisit” button
5. Enter your vitals or click on “skip” at the bottom
6. Click the oragnee “Start Televisit” it should say “waiting for your provider to join”

To use telemedicine from your computer:

1. Visit https://healow.com/apps/jsp/webview/index.jsp
2. Click on the blue “Access your Health Record” button in the upper right hand corner
3. Search by Provider name or our practice code is “AAHFBD”
4. Login
5. On the right hand side of the screen, it will have an upcoming appointment
6. Click on the blue “Join Televisit” button
7. Enter your vitals if you have them
8. You will then be notified if your computer is ok to run the televisit
9. Click the blue “proceed” button at the bottom
10. Click “Start TeleVisit”
